Emergency Calls
Why FulleSIM must not be relied on to call emergency services.
Last updated September 21, 2026
1.Important
Do not rely on FulleSIM to call emergency services. Always keep another way to call for help, such as your main SIM.
2.Why
- In some countries no voice call of any kind, including an emergency call, can be made on FulleSIM, because the local networks have switched off 2G and 3G. At present these are: Australia, Cambodia, China, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Macao, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, and United States.
- Where calls do work, an emergency call depends on the partner network accepting it from a roaming line, which we cannot guarantee.
- Emergency services may not receive your location, and may not be able to call you back on your FulleSIM number.
- SMS to emergency services is not supported.
3.Your phone may still help
Most phones try to place an emergency call on any available network, even without a working SIM. That depends on your phone and the local network, not on FulleSIM.
