Internet Speed and Traffic Management
What speeds to expect, how traffic is managed, and your remedies.

1.Speeds
FulleSIM data runs on partner mobile networks. The speed you get depends on the network technology available where you are, signal strength, your device and how busy the network is. Estimated maximum speeds by technology:
| Technology | Estimated maximum download | Estimated maximum upload |
|---|---|---|
| 5G | Up to the partner network’s 5G speed | Up to the partner network’s 5G speed |
| 4G / LTE | Up to the partner network’s 4G speed | Up to the partner network’s 4G speed |
| 3G | Up to the partner network’s 3G speed | Up to the partner network’s 3G speed |
2.How traffic is managed
- We treat all internet traffic equally. We do not block, slow down or prioritise particular websites, applications or services.
- When a data bundle is used up, data stops or continues at the out-of-bundle rate shown in your panel; it is not slowed down.
- Partner networks may apply reasonable traffic management to keep their networks working at busy times, as the law allows. This is temporary and not aimed at any particular content.
- Use that breaks our Fair Use Policy may lead to limits on a line, as that policy explains.
3.What this means for you
Lower speeds can affect video quality, large downloads and real-time applications such as video calls. Browsing, messaging and email usually work normally at lower speeds.
4.If the service does not perform as described
If you regularly get speeds well below those described, contact support with the country, the network and the times. If we cannot put it right, you may end the relevant bundle and ask for a refund of its unused part, and you can use our Complaints Code.
