Fair Use Policy

1.Why this policy exists

Incoming SMS and, in most countries, incoming calls are free on every FulleSIM line. This policy sets the limits that keep them free for everyone.

2.What fair use covers

Personal use by one person: the messages and calls that person receives in everyday life, including one-time codes from services they use themselves.

3.What it does not cover

• Receiving codes or messages on behalf of other people, as a service, for payment or at scale.
• Running many lines together to receive messages in bulk, in SIM farms or verification farms.
• Any use that keeps a line permanently busy or places unusual load on partner networks.

4.What happens if use is not fair

We will contact you first if we have a way to. If the pattern continues, or the use is clearly commercial, we may limit incoming traffic on the line or end it under our Terms of Service. Paid use, meaning outgoing messages, calls and data, is not affected by this policy.
