Acceptable Use Policy
What the service may not be used for, and what happens if it is.
Last updated September 21, 2026
1.The principle
Not asking who you are is a promise about your privacy. It is not permission to harm other people or the networks we depend on. Privacy is not cover for crime.
2.What is forbidden
- 2.1Terrorism or its financing, money laundering, and evading sanctions.
- 2.2Exploiting or endangering children in any way.
- 2.3Fraud of any kind, including impersonation, phishing, scams and payment fraud.
- 2.4Harassing, threatening, stalking or intimidating anyone.
- 2.5Sending unsolicited bulk messages, or running SMS or call campaigns.
- 2.6Operating SIM boxes, call termination or bypass, or reselling the service.
- 2.7Receiving messages or codes on behalf of others as a service, or running lines in bulk to do so.
- 2.8Buying or using the service from a restricted territory, or using a VPN or other means to get around that restriction.
- 2.9Probing, interfering with, overloading or attacking our systems or those of partner networks.
- 2.10Anything else that is illegal in the country you are in or under the sanctions that apply to us.
3.What we do
- 3.1We may suspend a line immediately, end it without a refund, and keep the records we need to deal with the matter.
- 3.2We answer valid legal requests about these activities, as our Law Enforcement policy explains.
- 3.3Where we can, and where it would not prejudice an investigation, we tell you why.
4.Reporting abuse
If a FulleSIM number is being used against you, write to [email protected] with the number, what happened and when. We look at every report.
