Law Enforcement Requests
How we respond to requests for data, and what we can hand over.
Last updated September 21, 2026
1.Privacy is not cover for crime
We protect our customers’ privacy. We do not protect crime. Terrorism and its financing, money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion and child exploitation are forbidden on FulleSIM, and when we receive a valid legal request about them we answer it.
2.Which requests we answer
- 2.1We comply with legally valid requests from authorities in the jurisdiction where we are registered.
- 2.2Requests from other countries must come through the proper legal channels, such as mutual legal assistance.
- 2.3We check every request before acting on it, and we do not answer informal requests.
- 2.4In an emergency involving imminent danger to life, we may disclose limited data voluntarily, where the law allows.
3.What we hold, and so what we can provide

4.Telling you
Where the law allows, and where we have a way to reach you, we tell you about a request before we respond, so that you can challenge it.
5.Transparency
Once we are live we will publish, at least once a year, the number of requests we received and how we responded to them.
6.Contact for authorities
Requests should be sent to [email protected] and to our registered office.
